Official tasting notes
Nose:
Rich fruitcake with a hint of cinnamon and clove.
Demerara sugar and delicate leather mingle with orange peel and charred oak.
Palate:
Smooth and sweet, with stewed fruit, and clove and citrus hiding beneath.
A faint marzipan note spreads out, developing into dried tobacco and charred oak.
Finish:
A long finish, fruity and complex.
Our 1970s bottles are disappearing from stock one after another. It makes me a little sad…

Every encounter is meant to be. Welcome to the world of Rum&Whisky.
